中草药添加剂饲喂蛋鸭试验

Effect of Chinese Herb Medicine Additive on Egg-laying Ducks

试验选用60周龄体质健康的樱桃谷鸭300只,随机分成三组(每组100只),即对照组和试Ⅰ组及试Ⅱ组进行饲喂对比试验。试Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.3%和0.5%的中草药添加剂,对照组饲喂基础日粮。经40 d的试验结果表明:试Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组的产蛋率分别比对照组提高10.8%和11.5%(P<0.05),饲料报酬比对照组均提高11.2%(P<0.01),经济效益比对照组分别提高52%和46%,但两个试验组之间的产蛋率、饲料报酬以及经济效益差异不显著(P>0.05)。

300 health cherry ducks of 60 week-age were divided into 3 groups（ each 100） randomly, the control group, experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. 0. 3% and 0. 5% Chinese herbal medicine additive were added to the base ration of the experimental Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the control group was fed by the base ration. After 40 days＇ experiment, the results indicated that, the laying rate of the experimental Ⅰ and Ⅱ separately increased 10.8% and 11.5% （P 〈0.05）, the cost of feed raised 11.2% （P 〈0.01） and the economic benefit raised 52% and 46% respectively. But the laying rate, the cost of the feed and the economic benefit in the two experimental groups were not significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.
