信托私募融资与中小民营企业可持续发展——以浙江为例

Trust Private Replacement and Continuous Development of Zhejiang Privately Owned Enterprises of Small and Middle Size

本文依据对浙江科技型民营企业问卷调查所得的资料及其他有关的统计资料,对中小民营企业融资与发展问题进行了实证分析,并从信托制度供给和信托工具运用的角度,探讨了解决中小民营企业外源性融资问题的途径,以及促进中小民营企业完善治理结构、沿着既有的路径实现可持续发展的思路。分析表明,有效的外源性融资是促进中小民营企业可持续发展的必由之路,信托私募融资则是现阶段中小民营企业外源性融资的现实选择。

Basing on the questionnaire data of Zhejiang privately owned technological enterprises and other statistical data, this paper makes empirical research on the problems of financing and development of Zhejiang privately owned enterprises of small and middle size, and discusses the way to solve the problem of exogenous financing of such enterprises and the thoughts to promote them to improve governance structures and realize continuous development along the fixed way from the view of tr ogenous financing is the only way for Zhejiang privately owned enterprises of small and middle ust system supply and the usage of trust instruments. The analysis indicates that the effective ex size to promote continuous development and trust private replacement is the realistic choice for them to realize exogenous financing at this period.
