摘要
目的探讨桑白皮提取物对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经传导速度及功能的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、桑白皮提取物(高、低剂量)组、弥可保对照组,灌胃给药,1次.d-1,用药2wk后,观察各组大鼠坐骨神经突触素的变化。同时测定大鼠坐骨神经运动传导速度、感觉传导速度及感觉潜伏期,并进行感觉神经检测的摇尾实验。结果桑白皮提取物可明显增加坐骨神经突触素的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),改善和增加糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经的感觉及运动传导速度(P<0.01或P<0.05),缩短其感觉潜伏期(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论桑白皮提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经损害有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the influence of Cortex Mori extract on the sciatic nerve conduction velocity of diabetic rats. METHODS: The diabetic rat model was established by the inducement of alloxan. The diabetic model rats were divided randomly into control group, model group, Cortex Mori extract (high dosage and low dosage) groups and Methyeobal treatment group. The intragastric administration was conducted once per day. 2 weeks after the administration, the changes of synaptophysin MNCV, SNVC and SL were determined and the tail -flicking test should be undertaken for checking the sensory nerve. RESULTS: Cortex Mori can obviously increase the level of synaptophysin(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.0S), and the sciatic nerve conduction velocity and improve the nerve sensation on diabetic rats(P 〈 0.01 or P〈0.05) . Meanwhile, the sensation incubation period was shortened(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Cortex Mori extract has the curative effect.for the damage of sciatic nerves of diabetic rats.
