色氨酸对猪摄食和生长的调控作用及其机理

Regulation of Dietary Tryptophan on the Appetite and Growth Associated with the Secretion of Gastrointestinal Ghrelin in Pigs

回顾1998牟第10版NRC猪营养需要发表以来,猪色氨酸需要量方面的研究进展,并结合本实验室在色氨酸方面的研究工作,讨论了色氨酸对仔猪生长轴IGF-1因子和胃肠调节肽Ghrelin分泌的调控,揭示了色氨酸在仔猪摄食和生长中可能的调控途径及其生物学意义。

This paper reviewed the progress in tryprophan requirement of pigs since the publication of Nutrient Requirements of Swine （ NRC,10th Ed） in 1998, and discussed the role of dietary tryptophan in modulation of the appetite and growth rate of pigs combining our research work. It implied that dietary tryptophan may regulate the appetite and growth rate through a new realized way that alters the secretion of gastrointestinal peptide-ghrelin on the transcriptional level in pigs.
