DEVELOPMENT AND VERIFICATION OF A NEW APPARATUS FOR LOW-TEMPERATURE VAPOR-LIQUID EQUILIBRIA MEASUREMENTS

摘要 本文介绍了一套汽液相平衡(VLE)实验系统的设计、搭建和验证工作。该实验系统具有测试温区大(140 K<T<300 K),压力范围广(0<P<7 MPa),精度高等优点,并对C2H6+C3H8的二元混合物以及C3H8的饱和蒸汽压进行了实验,对比参考文献提供的数据,具有很高的精度。 A new apparatus has been developed for investigation of vapor-liquid equilibria for low-temperature refrigerants. The experiments can be performed over a wide temperature range from 140 to 300 K and pressures up to 7 MPa, and has high precision. In order to check the reliability and accuracy of the entire system, several test measurements have been made on the saturation pressure of C3H8 and VLE data of the C2H6+C3H8 system. The results show good agreements with the reference data.
