摘要
“代建制”是适应现代工程建设需要而产生的项目管理模式,是政府投资工程管理方式的一种创新。本文通过分析“代建制”内涵,阐述了“代建制”的实施过程,对实施中的关键控制环节进行探讨,并对“代建制”试点阶段存在的一些问题提出了解决的方法。
Agent-construction system is a new project management mode to meet the need of modem engineering construction, and is an innovation of government investment engineering management mode. The paper analyses the connotation of agent-construction system, expounds the implementation process of agent-construction system, earries out beneficial discussion on key control points in implementation, and supplies solution to some existing problems in experimental phase of agent-construction system.
