旅游地产是旅游和房地产两大产业相互交叉而衍生出的一种新兴的地产类型,也是近年来房地产投资的一个热点。本文以深圳华侨城旅游地产为例,全面分析了旅游地产投资的八大成功要素,即经营模式、主题定位、开发方式、投资时机、风险规避、项目选址、资金运作、产品组合。
With the development and combination of tourism industry and real estate industry, tourist real estate has become a new kind of multiplex real estate, and it's also a hot field of real estate investment. This paper analyses the investment strategy of Shenzhen "Overseas Chinese Town" as an example and points out eight successful factors of tourist real estate investment, such as operation pattern, theme localization, exploration way, investment opportunity, risk dodging, project location selecting, fund circling, product designing.
