浅析建安企业内部承包制的完善与管理——以江苏省溧阳市为例

Perfection and Management of Contract System in Construction and Installation Enterprises

针对建安企业内部承包制中存在的问题与原因,从承包对象的选择、承包内容的健全、承包方式的改革等方面,对草率选择承包人、承包内容简单化、以包代管等做法的弊端进行了剖析,并从择优选择承包对象、认真签订承包协议、切实加强跟踪管理三个方面,提出了完善建安企业内部承包制的管理思路。

Aiming at the problems and causes about the contract system in the construction and installation enterprise, this paper analyses the disadvantages of the choosing of the contractor, the healthiness of the contract content and the reform of the contract mode. At the same time, it also points out the methods to perfect the management of contract system in construction and installation enterprise such as choosing the better contractors, defining the contract seriously and reinforcing the tracking management.
