空间环境及参芪扶正注射液对淋巴细胞的影响 被引量:1

摘要 观察淋巴细胞Jurkat在空间环境下的生存状况及形态,探讨参芪扶正注射液对接种低温细胞生存系统中淋巴细胞Jurkat的保护作用,为预防空间环境对宇航员的免疫系统损伤提供线索。将淋巴细胞Jurkat搭载于第22颗返回式卫星,经18d空间飞行,回收卫星返回后的细胞,光镜照相,Giemsa染色;将参芪扶正注射液加入无源搭载的淋巴细胞Jurkat中,MTT,光镜照相,采用快速细胞染色法。无源搭载淋巴细胞Jurkat在空间环境下存活;加入参芪扶正注射液的淋巴细胞于低温生长系统中,其形态上及增殖数目上优于对照组。空间环境有利于淋巴细胞生长,参芪扶正注射液对淋巴细胞具有保护作用。 In this paper, the physiological characteristics of Jurkat cells in spaceflight and the protection role of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection are studied, in order to develop new methods to prevent the damage of outer space to the astronauts" immune system. The Jurkat cells were on board of the No.22 recoverable satellite and were collected after 18 days' spaceflight. The morphological characteristics of Jurkat ceils are observed by microscopy and Giemsa staining. Shenqi Fuzheng Injection was added to the Jurkat ceils cultured under the same conditions on the ground. And the cell morphological observation MTY assay is used for analysis of cell growth characteristics. The Jurkat ceils are found to survive after 18 days' spaceflight without care. The group with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection are found to be better in cell growth and in morphological characteristics than the control group. The environment of outer space is in favor of Jurkat cell survival. Shenqi Fuzheng Injection plays a protection role for Jurkat cells.
