基于联盟的企业技术创新策略关键成功因素研究

Study on the Key Successful Factors of Enterprise Technology Alliance

面对全球化竞争环境及科学技术的快速进步,技术投资成本增加,企业间应通过联盟的方式互补有无,分散技术投资风险。参考层级分析法(AnalyticHierarchyProcess,AHP)以企业参与技术联盟的目的与潜在动机、技术联盟所面临的问题及关键成败因素为基础,界定企业策略规划、联盟伙伴选择、联盟沟通管理、法令规范、政府措施等五大层面,作为中小企业进行技术联盟发展策略评估层级架构的维度,并针对产业、政府、专家学者等3个群体进行问卷调查,得出了影响企业技术联盟成功的关键因素。

With the globalization competition environment, the fast technical progress, and the increase of technical investment cost, enterprises should take advantages of each other＇s strong points to disperse technical investment risk through an alliance. This paper studies a level analytic method （Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP）. Based on the technical alliance＇ goal and motive, the confronted questions and the factors concerning its success or failure, the enterprise strategic plan, the alliance partner choice, the alliance communication management, the law and regulations, and the government measures are taken as main axle in the technical alliance development strategy for appraisal index of small and medium-sized enterprises. The questionnaire survey was made of three groups of people from, industry, the government unit, and the experts, and key factors influencing enterprise technology alliance＇ success were obtained.
