摘要 在深入分析无刷直流电机转子磁链特性和反电动势函数的基础上,揭示了利用独立于转速的磁链函数进行转子位置估算方法的本质,对估算函数与转子位置信息之间的对应关系和位置估算的具体实现均进行了深入研究。在此基础上,提出这种无位置传感器方案在不同转速区使用时为保持一定的位置估算精度受到的约束条件。仿真结果证明了这种方案的有效性,并为下一步进行实验研究奠定了坚实的基础。 The characteristics of flux linkage and back-EMF function in the brushless DC motor were carefully investigated. Based on the physical insight, the essence in using the speed-independent linkage function for rotor position estimate was revealed in details. And how to extract rotor position from the linkage function and the details in calculating the linkage function were analysed. And the restriction is presented the strategy has to observe in order not to deteriorate the position estimate resolution. The simulation results confirm the validy of the sensorless strategy and lay a strong foundation for the validation through experiment.
