Determination of the Content of Aloin of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定百癣夏塔热片中芦荟苷的含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用迪马-C_(18)色谱柱(250×4．6mm 5μm);乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相:流速为1．0ml·min^(-1),在波长355nm处测定百癣夏塔热片中芦荟苷的含量。结果:该方法的线性范围是100μg/ml～500μg/ml,R=0．9999;平均回收率为99．7％, RSD(％)=1．13％。结论:该方法测定样品效果佳,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of the content of aloin in Baixuan Xiatare Tablets.Method： An optimal HPLC method was set up.Using Diamonsil-C18 （250×4.6mm5μm） as the column with acetonitrile- water（25： 75）as the mobile phase and detected with UV 355 nm and a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1.Resuits： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 100μ g/ml-500μ g/ml, r = 0. 9999 for determination of its related sub- stances;The average recovery rate was 99.70% ,RSD= 1.13% .Conclusion：The method is good in the aspect of separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
