摘要
目的:优选黄芩水提工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计法,以高效液相法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量并以此为指标。考察溶媒量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)三个因素。结果:水提工艺煎煮3次,每次加入4~6倍水,第一次煎煮2小时,第二、三次各煎煮1小时为最佳。结论:本工艺具有操作简单、成本低、回收率高、易于工业化等优点。
Objective: The extracting procedures of Baicalin with water.Methods: Using orthogonal test to select the best process of extraction of the total anthrquine of Baicalin.the main technological factors such as volume of water(A), time(B) and frequency(C) of decoction.Results: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi needs to extract three times with four to six times water.The best way of extraction is that two hours firstly, and one hour for twice.Conclusion: Products can be obtained with this process which is simple, low cost, high recovery and easy to scale up.
