黄芩苷水提工艺研究

Study on Extracting Procedures of Baicalin with Water

目的:优选黄芩水提工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计法,以高效液相法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量并以此为指标。考察溶媒量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)三个因素。结果:水提工艺煎煮3次,每次加入4～6倍水,第一次煎煮2小时,第二、三次各煎煮1小时为最佳。结论:本工艺具有操作简单、成本低、回收率高、易于工业化等优点。

Objective： The extracting procedures of Baicalin with water.Methods： Using orthogonal test to select the best process of extraction of the total anthrquine of Baicalin.the main technological factors such as volume of water（A）, time（B） and frequency（C） of decoction.Results： Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi needs to extract three times with four to six times water.The best way of extraction is that two hours firstly, and one hour for twice.Conclusion： Products can be obtained with this process which is simple, low cost, high recovery and easy to scale up.
