Solving the Problem of Difficult Employment is the Important Base of Constructing Harmonious Oilfield

就业难是油田过去、现在不稳定的主要原因,也是油田将来稳定的“最大隐患”。解决油田就业难的当务之急是要多渠道开发岗位,缓解就业压力。具体做到四点:1、进一步统一思想,明确责任;2、振兴油田经济,扩大就业;3、开发新的就业岗位,促进就业;4、做好零就业家庭和困难家庭失业人员安置工作。同时还必须建立油田就业再就业工作长效机制,具体包括建立油田就业再就业工作的目标机制、政策落实机制、市场就业机制及教育教育培训机制。

Difficult employment is both the main reason for unstability of Jianghan Oilfield and the worst hidden danger of its future stability. The thing of top priority of solving difficult employment is to develop posts through diversifted channels to release the pressure from employment. To be specific, we must further unite ideas and make responsibility specific, vigorously develop economy of Jianghan Oilfield to expand employment, develop new posts to boost employment, and arrange the unemployed from difficult families and the families with no employment. What＇s more, we must build a long-acting mechanism of employment and reemployment of Jianghan Oilfield which includes mechanism of targets, mechanism of implementing policy, mechanism of market employment and mechanism of training and education.
