加强油田会战单位纪检监察工作的几点思考

油田会战单位远离油田管理机关,工作相对独立,切实加强纪检监察工作的关键在于:一要深刻认识“三个代表”的重要思想对指导油田会战单位加强纪检监察工作的重要性;二要进一步加强油田反腐倡廉工作,不断增强党员、干部的廉洁意识和纪律观念;三要加强对领导班子的监督检查,认真落实“五项要求”和“七项制度”;四要突出对重点人口、单位和部门的监督检查,把党风廉政建设责任制的执行情况作为领导干部考核的重要依据;五要以成本效能监察为重点,查找“跑、冒、滴、漏”的根源,堵塞管理中的漏洞;六要不断加强自身建设,增强反腐倡廉的政治责任感和紧迫感。

Oilfield units engaging in a battle are far from their oilfield administrative organ, which makes their work relatively independent, so the key of strengthening procuratorial work of discipline inspecting in real earnest lies in the following six aspects. Firstly, profoundly understand the importance of ＂three representatives＂ to guiding oilfield units engaging in a battle to strengthen procuratorial work of discipline inspecting Secondly, further strengthen combating corruption and advocating honest or clean politics to constantly increase incorruptible consciousness and disciplinary concept of the Party members and cadres. Thirdly, deepen the supervision and inspection of leading groups and implement ＂five requirements＂ and ＂seven regulations＂ carefully. Fourthly, highlight the supervision and inspection of key persons, units and departments and take the implementation of improving the Party＇s style of work and anti--corruption campaign as an important basis for checking on leaders and cadres. Fifthly, take procuratorial work of cost effectiveness as the focus and seek the roots of ＂running, emitting, dripping and leaking＂ to plug loopholes in management. And lastly, strengthen self--construction to increase sense of political responsibility and sense of urgency.
