目前大学毕业生就业率下降,就业难的结构性矛盾突出,毕业生就业率统计也存在着问题。解决大学生就业难问题首先应规范就业市场,转变大学生就业观念,以社会需求和市场为导向调整大学专业、课程结构,完善大学生就业指导服务体系,另外,高校要强化大学生就业指导服务意识,切实做好针对性指导服务。
