试分析塞柏工作地中的劳动关系

Analysis On The Legal Relationship In Cyber Working Places

摘要信息革命提供了新的工作场所塞柏远距离工作地。而塞柏远距离工作也相应地带来新的职业劳动关系和法律管辖问题,面对信息革命带来的新问题,应为伴随着技术的发展而发展的法律提供准备性的思考。
