LARS人工韧带在前交叉韧带重建中的作用

ACL Arthroscopic Reconstruction with LARS Artificial Ligament

目的探讨LARS人工韧带在前交叉韧带损伤移植重建中的应用。方法以2004年8月至2006年1月间因前交叉韧带损伤行LARS人工韧带重建手术的18例患者为对象进行回顾性研究。结果随访6~24个月,平均13个月,所有患者膝不稳症状消失,前抽屉试验阴性,关节功能良好。平均伸屈度0°^(130±10.2341)°。根据Lysholm膝关节评分法,平均积分由术前的(45.2±1.2315)分提高到术后的(85.5±2.3317)分,二者间差异有显著性意义。结论用LARS人工韧带重建前交叉韧带早期恢复效果满意,特别适合于运动员的前交叉韧带损伤。

Objective To study the results of ACL arthroscopic reconstruction with LARS Artificial Ligament. Methods Eighteen cases from August 2004 to January 2006 with injuries of anterior cruciate ligament treated with LARS artificial ligament were studied. Results The follow-up of 18 patients was from 6 to 24 months （mean 13 months） ,The unstable symptom of every knee was disappeared with anterior drawer negative. The joint function was good with the flexion of 130° or more° According to the Lysholm evaluation system,the preoperative scores with 45. 2 ± l. 2315 was less than that of postoperative with 85.5 ± 2. 3317,the difference was significant. No acute or chronic synovitis observed. Conclusion LARS ligaments reconstruction showed good function in early stage. It seems an ideal graft for athletic ACL injuries.
