国产球囊经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折

Percutaneous Kyphoplasty Treatment of Vertebral Compression Fractures:Application of Domestic Balloon System

目的 探讨国产球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗疼痛性椎体压缩骨折的安全性及有效性：方法 2005年10月至2006年10月间应用国产球囊椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折26例44椎，术后观察症状改善、骨折复位及并发症情况。结果 全部病例顺利完成手术，无并发症发生。23例术后随访1～12个月，平均4．6个月。术后疼痛症状明显减轻，术后1d及1个月的VAS评分较术前差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；椎体高度恢复明显，Cobb角平均矫正10．11°。结论 国产球囊经皮椎体后凸成形手术治疗疼痛性椎体压缩骨折安全、有效、经济，临床应用前景良好。

Objective To study the efficacy,safety and cost-effectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty using domestic balloon system in the treatment of painful vertebral compression fractures. Methods A total of forty-four vertebral bodies were performed for kyphoplasty using domestic balloon system in twenty-six patients. Outcome data were obtained by comparing visual analog scale （VAS）. Preoperative and postoperative radiographs were analyzed to calculate the percentage height restored. Results All patients tolerated the procedure well. No symptomatic complications were found in all patients. Pain scores,vertebral heights and Cobb angle improved significantly（P〈0. 05） after the surgery. Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty using domestic balloon system was efficacious and economical in the treatment of painful vertebral compression fractures.
