A Review of Portfolio Assessment of Beginning Teachers in Connecticut

新教师档案袋评价是康州教育厅对新教师进行评估的一种新举措，新教师惟有通过评价才可以获得康州临时教师资格证书。本文通过对档案袋评价的内容、标准以及实施步骤的分析．归纳了康州新教师档案袋评价的特点，以期对我国教师评价的鼓革与发展提供有益的借鉴与启示。

Portfolio Assessment is a way to evaluate the beginning teachers in Connecticut, the beginning teachers must successfully complete the Portfolio Assessment,and they can get the provisional educator certificate. This article introduces the content of portfolio assessment,the standards and the evaluation process of it,and the characteristics of portfolio assessment in Connecticut. The author hopes this paper will be helpful for the teacher evaluation reform in China.
