韩国职业教育对我国的启示

South Korea’s Vocational Education to Our Country’s Enlightenment

为了确保职业教育在“十一五”期间取得快速发展，我们应借鉴职业教育发展比较成功的国家的经验。韩国作为一个国土狭小、人口稠密、资源短缺的国家，依靠职业教育使经济取得了迅速的腾飞。我们在发展职业教育中要借鉴其注重立法，保证投入，通过优惠政策鼓励人们到职业学校学习，注重专业设置与市场结合，以及努力提高职业教育社会地位等成功经验，使我国的职业教育能够在国家重视的前提下尽快发展。

In order to keep the fast development of vocational education in '11·5' period,we should learn the successful experience of other countries. South Korea is a small country,short of Resources with dense population,however it has achieved great economic development depending on its successful vocational education. We could learn a lot from its sucessful experi-ences,such as perfecting the relevant legislation,guaranting the investment,encouraging people to study in vocational schools by the preferential policies,connecting the speciality programmes with market needs as well as improving the social status of vocational education.
