伊贝沙坦、缬沙坦和氯沙坦对高血压左室肥厚的影响

Effectiveness of Irbesartan,Valsartan,Losartan on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Caused by Hypertension

目的:比较伊贝沙坦、缬沙坦和氯沙坦对高血压左室肥厚的疗效。方法:选择130例高血压患者,随机分为3组,分别给予伊贝沙坦、缬沙坦和氯沙坦治疗6个月。观察治疗前后舒张末期室间隔厚度(IV ST)、舒张末期左室后壁厚度(PW T)、左室重量(LVM)、左室重量指数(LVM I)的变化及24 h平均血压的变化。结果:三组治疗前后血压明显下降(P<0.01),IV ST、PW T、LVM和LVM I明显下降(P<0.01),三组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:伊贝沙坦、缬沙坦和氯沙坦均可有效的降低血压,并明显改善心室肥厚。

Objective：To compare the effectiveness of Irbesartan, Valsartan,Losartan on left ventricular hypertrophy caused by hypertension. Method： 130 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups and each group was administrated Irbesartan,Valsartan,Losartan respectively for 6 months. Interventricular septum thickness （IVST） at the end of dialation, posterior wall thickness （PWT） at the end of dialation, left ventricular weight （LVW）, left ventricular weight index（LVWI）,mean blood pressure of 24 hours were investigated before and after administration. Result：There were significantly decreased blood pressure,IVST,PWT, LVW, LVWI （P〈0.01） after the treatment. Statistical differeace among the three groups were not observed. Conclusion ：Irbesartan,Valsartan,Losartan are all effective on lowing blood pressure and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy.
