交叉异位肾误诊2例报告并文献复习

Misdiagnosis of Crossed Ectopic Kidney:Two Cases Report and Literature Review

目的:探讨交叉异位肾的临床特点。方法:对2例交叉异位肾患者临床资料进行分析,并复习文献。结果:交叉异位肾的临床表现无特异性,但极容易引起误诊、误治。本组2例中1例误诊为急性阑尾炎,而另1例被误诊为独肾、肾结核。结论:交叉异位肾的临床表现不典型,在临床实践中应引起我们的重视。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features of crossed ectopic kidney. Methods：The clinical manifestation of 2 cases of crossed ectopic kidney was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results：The clinical manifestation of crossed ectopic kidney was unfeatured ,and it could be misdiagnosed and mistreatment. In the 2 cases of crossed ectopic kidney, one of them was misdiagnosed to acute appendicitis, and the other was misdiagnosed to isolated kidney and tuberculosis of kidney. Conclusion： The clinical manifestation of crossed ectopic kidney is not typical. We ought to attach importance to the diagnosis and treatment of crossed ectopic kidney.
