摘要
本文以高科技行业员工工作满意度为研究对象,分析了影响工作满意度的内部和外部因素。通过对影响因素进行方差分析,确定主要影响因子;应用模糊回归分析方法建立工作满意度模糊线性回归模型。并根据模型进行了实证预测,预测分析效果良好。
With the employers from high-tech industry as the research target, the paper analyses the inner and outer affecting factors influencing the job satisfaction. Affecting factors are determined by ANOVA analysis with the job satisfaction model built on the fuzzy regression analysis. Job satisfaction can be well predicted by the model.
