目的了解DR图像中常见伪影产生的原因,并有效排除和预防伪影。材料与方法对5种DR伪影进行综合分析,以确定伪影产生的原因。结果X线剂量过低、中心线移位、准直器变化过程中曝光,软件以及环境等因素均可在数字化图像上产生伪影。结论DR相关设备需要认真的保养和维护,包括成像设备环境的监测,电脑及网络通信的维护,成像软件BUG的发现升级以及对DR的正确操作,只有这样才能最大程度的减少数字图像伪影现象的发生。及时的排除故障,提供诊断需要的精确影像。

Objective To understand the causes of the artifacts of DR pictures and to eliminate and prevent artifacts. Methods The 5 kinds of artifacts were analyzed to confirm the causes of artifacts. Results The artifacts may be produced on digital pictures owing to lower X-ray dosage, center line shift, collimator changed ,software and entironment factors. Conclusion The DR-Induced equipments should be maintained carefully and operated right. These include inspecting the entironment of equipment, maintaining computers and network, finding and upgrading BUG in image software. Only in this way, artifacts can be decreased and malfunction can be removed and precise image can be provided to diagnoses.
