Recent progress of cell line models derived from pancreatic islets

目的对胰岛细胞瘤细胞系模型的研究进展作以综述。方法根据近期对胰岛细胞瘤细胞系的21篇相关文献进行整理和归纳。结果与结论胰岛细胞瘤细胞系保持了很多正常胰岛的关键功能特性,有望成为新一代研究胰岛生物学有价值的工具。

Objective To review the research progress of established insulinoma cell line models, which were used for evaluating diabetic agents in vitro. Methods Twenty-one relative papers on insulinoma cell modeld were consulted and classified. Results and Conclusion Rodent insulinoma cell lines retain many key functional attributes of normal islets and have become useful tools in the study of islet cell biology.
