摘要
合成了配合物[Ni(tricine)2]?6H2O单晶,其中,tricine为三(羟甲基)甲基甘氨酸.配合物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,配体以一个氮原子和二个氧原子与中心Ni2+离子配位,生成八面体构型配合物.配合物分子之间靠丰富氢键形成稳定的二维结构.用紫外光谱方法测定了该配合物与鱼精DNA、腺苷三磷酸和腺嘌呤的作用情况,并就相互作用机理进行了初步分析.
A single crystal of complex [Ni(tricine)2]-6H2O was synthesized, where tricine is tri(hydroxymethyl)methylglycine. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, P2(1)/n space group. One nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms of the tri(hydroxymethyl)methylglycine coordinate to nickel(Ⅱ). The Ni(Ⅱ) presents an octahedral geometry. Two dimensional structure of the complex is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The interaction of complex with fish sperm, ATP and ade is studied by UV spectrum, and their interacion mechanism is also primary analyzed.
