摘要
以总甾苷含量和干浸膏得率为指标,采用均匀设计法确定隔山牛皮消中总甾苷的半仿生提取的最佳工艺条件为:3次煎水pH值分别为5.0、6.0、8.0,用8倍量的水分别回流提取2 h1、h、1 h,总提取时间为4 h。并用实验验证了以上最佳工艺条件的可行性。
Choosing content of steroidal glycoside and yield of dry extract as indexes, the homogeneous design method was applied to optimize the semi-bionic extraction of steroidal glycoside from Geshanxiao. The optimized extraction conditions were determined as follows: the pH values during decotion with water for three times were sequently 5.0,6.0,8. 0;refluxing and extracting with 8 BV water for 2 h, 1 h, 1 h, respectively; the total extraction time was 4 h. The feasibility of the optimum technology was verified through tests.
