摘要
采用主成分回归法、利用聚氨酯(PU)物理性能间存在的相互制约关系,预测PU的撕裂强度,并与实测值进行比较。结果表明,采用主成分回归法可以较为精确地预测PU的撕裂强度以及其它物理性能,对配方的优化设计具有重要意义。
The tear strength of PU was prepared by analyzing the interactive correlation among physical properties of PU with principle component regression and compared to the measured value. The results showed that the tear strength and other physical properties of PU could be accurately predicted with principle component regression, which would be beneficial to optimize the formulation of PU compound.
