摘要
通过对６０例喉癌术后病人的发声功能的测定，认为利用声时和声距＋１００％可懂度对喉癌术后病人的发声功能进行评定较为方便可靠，而且不增加病人的负担和痛苦，易于掌握，作者提出了５个等级的分类评分方法，并用此标准对喉癌术后病人发声效果进分了评估。
The
post-operative vocal function of laryngeal cancer surgery in 60 cases
were tested and analysed. The results showed that the vocal time and
the vocal distance+ 100%sentence intelligibility are a good criteria
for assessing of vocal function. The authors classified the results
in five grade by scoring. This method is simple,painless,objective
