纳米粒子类型对聚丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用原位乳液聚合法将纳米SiO2、气相法SiO2、纳米TiO2、纳米CaCO3等无机纳米粒子引入到聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶乳液中,考察了纳米粒子类型对乳液聚合稳定性及复合乳液压敏性能的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2的引入对乳液聚合的稳定性无实质上的影响,且能提高聚丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶的综合性能,放置3个月后纳米SiO2复合乳液仍然有较好的稳定性和压敏性能;而气相法SiO2、纳米CaCO3在聚合时则有较高的凝胶率,且无论剥离力大小,均存在不同程度的脱胶或胶转移现象。 Nano - SiO2 ,fumed SiO2 ,nano - TiO2 ,nano - CaCO3 particles were introduced into the pressure sensitive adhesive emulsion of polyacrylate via in - situ emulsion polymerization. The influences of nanoparticle type on emulsion polymerization stability and pressure sensitive properties of composite emulsions were studied. When nano - SiO2, nano - TiO3 particles were introduced, it was discovered that the emulsion polymerization stabilities were excellent and properties of composite emulsions were improved. It was also confirmed that the stability and pressure sensitive properties of nano - SiO2 composite emulsions were not deteriorated after three -month storage. Oppositely, for fumed SiOz ,nano - CaCO3, there were higher gelling rate, and whatever the peeling force was the degumming and transfer of adhesive existed.
