2型糖尿病患者甘露聚糖结合凝集素和补体C_3、C_4、备解素的表达及其意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)、C3、C4和备解素(Pf)水平的变化及意义。方法2型糖尿病患者40例,正常对照组24例。测定循环血清中MBL、C3、C4和Pf水平。同时测定糖脂代谢指标及尿微量白蛋白排泄率。结果2型糖尿病患者血清中MBL和Pf水平无明显变化,C3和C4水平增高。糖化血红蛋白和甘油三酯(TG)是MBL的独立预测因素,TG、体重指数(BM I)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)进入C3回归方程,TG是C4的独立预测因素。结论C3、C4水平与肥胖及脂肪代谢异常有关,MBL与2型糖尿病肾脏并发症无直接关系。
