中印非政府组织(NGOs)及其在扶贫开发中的作用研究

An Approach into Indian-Chinese Non-government Organizations along with the Functions in Poverty Reduction and Development Promotion

本文通过对印度和中国非政府组织运作的实地调查研究,分析比较两国NGOs在政府的管理政策、法律地位、资金来源及外资的影响力、民族宗教特性、组织治理绩效等方面的异同,以探讨适合亚洲地区特色的NGOs扶贫开发机制。

Based on the survey, the author compared management policy, law status, fund source, influence of foreign capital, characteristics of peoples and religions, effects of the organizations etc. of Non-government Organizations in India and China. Finally, the author made some research into the way to constitute an effective mechanism of reducing poverty and promoting development which is adapt to Asian countries.
