保留颈丛的功能性颈清扫术在甲状腺癌手术的应用

Application of the functional neck dissection preserving cervical plexus in thyroid cancer

目的探讨保留颈丛的功能性颈清扫术在甲状腺癌手术的临床应用。方法24例分化型甲状腺癌患者，行保留颈丛神经的功能性颈清扫术，观察其临床效果。结果24例患者全部耳部感觉良好，下颈及肩部无麻木或疼痛感。随访1—5a，无颈淋巴结复发。结论保留颈丛的功能性颈清扫术有效地提高了患者生存质量，不会增加颈部淋巴结复发率。

Objective To explore clinical application of the functional neck dissection preserving cervical plexus in thyroid cancer. Methods The functional neck dissection preserving cervical plexus was performed in 24 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer,and the clinical effect was observed. Results No impairment of sensation of ears and lower necks and shoulders were found in 24 patients, and no recurrence of lymph node of neck during the follow-up of one to five years. Conclusion The functional neck dissection preserving cervical plexus can improve the survival quality of patients, and can＇t increase the recurrence rate of lymph node of neck.
