摘要 简要叙述了表达序列标签EST技术的原理,对小麦EST图谱的构建研究进展进行了综述。分别阐述了小麦七个同祖群染色体的EST图谱的研究进展,同时对EST在小麦基因组研究中的应用前景进行了展望。 This article introduced the basic principles of EST analysis, summarized the advance of construction of mapped EST in wheat. The expatiation of the progress of EST mapping for wheat homoeologous chromosome groups 1~ 7. At the same time, its prospect of application on wheat genomics was also discussed.
