摘要
本文从多相混合物介电特性的理论出发,介绍了反射式煤炭湿度计的工作原理。推出了煤样湿度与反射系数模之间的关系式。讨论了煤样厚度、密度和湿度变化引入的误差。与传统的传输式湿度计相比,反射式湿度计不但测试系统简单,而且受外界因素影响小。很适宜在我国大、中型煤矿中推广使用。实测表明,本文给出的理论公式与测试结果吻合得很好。
The paper describes the principle of coal moisture measurement usingmicrowave reflection method from the dielectric constant theory of multi—phase medium.The formula to calculate the reflection coffcient of the coal sample is given.The influence ofcoal sample thickness,density and temprature to moisture measurement is discussed.Incomparision with microwave transmit method,the reflection method has the distinctive fea-ture of nearly independent of the sample thickness,density and temprature.The result ofthis paper can directly be used at coal moisture gauge design.
