我国体育产权的分类及其交易研究

Classifications and Transaction of Sports Property Rights in China

从经济学的角度出发,将体育产权分为体育有形产权、体育无形产权、体育人力资本产权三类。并分析我国体育产权的交易现状及问题,认为:现阶段我国体育产权交易规模扩大、品种增多、交易方式不断出新,但交易还存在体制性障碍,交易费用较高、缺乏有效的交易平台。建议在政府的主导下建立体育产权的交易平台,实现体育产权集中交易。

This paper carries on the classification of sports property rights from ecomomics perspectitive in our country, namely sports visible property right, sports invisible property right and sports human capital. It also analyzes the present situation and problems in the transaction of sports property rights, considering that nowadays the scale expands, the types and transaction ways keep increasing, while the transaction has institutional barrier of management and lacks efficient transaction platform, and transaction expense is comparatively high. At last, the paper puts forwards proposals of establishing a transaction platform under government＇s leadership to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights.
