Investigation on Social Sports Instructors in Fitness Centers in Shanghai

通过对上海市部分健身中心社会体育指导员情况调查,发现体育健身市场人才较为匮乏;市政府对体育健身产业的扶植、监管力度不够;没有统一法规和健身、康复社会体育指导员的培训制度;社会体育指导员的水平参差不齐,素质较差等问题。提出市主管部门应加强对体育消费的宣传力度,对体育健身产业的宏观调控、监管和扶植。应更新高校体育专业教育观念,高度重视培养体育健身产业市场急需的高素质健身、康复人才,并制定一系列深化改革措施等建议。

Through the investigation on social sports instructors in fitness centers in Shanghai, the paper finds out the talents in the fitness industry are deficient, municipal government is lack of support and supervision on the fitness industry, there are no consolidated laws about training sports instructors and rehabilitation specialty talent, the sports instructors are of varied levels while their qualities are generally not high. The countermeasures proposed in the paper are focused on municipal govemment＇s roles of publicity of sports consumption and management of the fitness industry, and the PE department＇s of high - level social sports instructors training in colleges and universities.
