摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法、比较分析法和数理统计法研究分析了山西省体育局系统内干部职工、专业技术人员、工勤人员、企业人员、教练员、裁判员和社会体育指导员的基本现状及体育人员的培训情况。结果表明:山西省各类体育人才在数量、性别、年龄、学历、等级结构方面都具有各自的特征。
This essay made an investigation of current situation of training of sports personnel, such as cadres, professionals and technical, workers, enterprise staff, coaches, referees and social sports instructors in Shanxi sports bureau by using the methods of documentary, expert interview, investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The result shows that different sports talent has varied characteristics in sex, quantity, educational background, age, professional title and so on.
