摘要
通过长时间大强度游泳训练,观察大鼠组织学结构改变及大脑皮质NE、5-HT表达情况。结果显示:对照组大脑皮质结构正常,可见NE、5-HT在大脑皮质微血管、神经元细胞的胞体和轴突有阳性表达,而且血管表达多于神经细胞表达。过度训练组可可见明显微循环障碍,神经元细胞周围空泡变,5-HT表达面积、表达强度和表达水平均高于对照组,但无显著性。实验表明NE、5-HT参与了运动性中枢疲劳的发生和发展。NE、5-HT通过直接或间接影响脑微循环和神经细胞功能和结构,使运动能力进一步下降,导致运动性中枢疲劳。
SD rats were treated with overloaded swimming training to observe the changes of cerebral cortex microstructure, and NE&5 - HT expression's location. Findings indicated that the microstructures in cerebral cortex were normal and the expression of NE&5 - HT were positive on neurons and endothelial cells in control group( C group). However, there were significant abnormal changes of microstructures in overloaded group ( O group). Meanwhile, the 5 - HT positive area, intensity and level were increased without significance. It is possible that NE&5 - HT may play important roles in the occurrence and development of sports CNS fatigue. NE&5 - HT can affect the function and structure of microvessels and neurons in cerebral cortex. Under the condition, motor ability decreased significantly, including sports CNS fatigue.
