摘要
心理契约是联系员工与组织之间的心理纽带,也是影响员工行为和态度的重要因素。心理契约是图书馆人本管理的重要内容,也是图书馆可持续发展的重要因素。因此,有必要将心理契约的概念引入图书馆管理理念中,构建图书馆的心理契约。本文从心理契约的概念入手,分析了心理契约的特点、类型以及在图书馆管理的作用,提出了图书馆心理契约构建的途径,并提出要注意心理契约的违背。
The psychological contract, which is the psychological link connecting the organization with tne staff, It is an important factor which affects the staff's behavior and attitude as well. This paper analyzes the features and types of the psychological contract and its function on the management of library, and puts forward some ways of constructing the psychological contract in library, and propose that should pay attention to the violating of the psychological contract.
