摘要本文围绕开放获取的实现模式和开放获取资源及服务两个方面问题,对开放存取两种实现模式进行了探讨,并对目前存在的主要开放获取资源与服务进行了介绍,旨在更好地利用开放资源与服务。 This paper probes into two problems of open access; the realization pattern, the resources and service. Firstly, two kinds of main realization patterns of open access are discussed; Secondly the main open resources and service at present are introduced. The purpose of the paper is to explore the open resources and the service well.
