The Influence of Shenfu Injection(参附注射液) on Cardiac Index and Troponin T in Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

摘要 目的观察参附注射液(SF)对心肺复苏(CPR)成功患者心脏指数(CI)和血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的影响。方法将48例CPR成功患者随机分为对照(C)组和SF组,分别应用心肌极化液和SF,放置PiCCO导管。于复苏成功12h、1d、3d、5d、7d测定cTnT,并记录同步心脏排出量计算CI。结果两组患者均呈现严重的低心排和心肌损伤。SF组CI在3d及随后均高于C组,cTnT从3d起显著低于C组。结论SF能有效保护心搏骤停患者CPR后心肌损伤,促进心肌功能的恢复。 Objective: To observe the influence of Shenfu Injection(SF, 参附注射液) on cardiac index (CI) and troponin T (cTnT) in patients after the success of cardiopulmonary resuseitation(CPR). Methods:48 patients were divided randomly into two groups, the control group and the SF group. Polarized liqid and SF were used respectively. Concentration of cTnT and stimulated CI was recorded on 12hours, ldays, 3days, 5days and 7days after the success of CPR. Results: Patients in both group has low CI and high cTnT. But the CI of patients in the SF group was higher than that of the control group from 3 days after CPR. Also the concentration of concentration of cTnT was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: SF may protect the cardiac of the patients after the success of CPR.
