摘要
目的通过观察训练大鼠急进高原模型脑组织形态及脑组织DNA水平的改变以探讨训练对大鼠脑组织的损伤及防护效果。方法于海拔1520m环境设实验组(EG),使用中药抗疲Ⅰ号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)予常规饲料喂养。EG、CG各40只游泳训练4周后,各选30只3h急进海拔3850m环境静息1.5h,从中各选10只作为静息对照采集标本;EG、CG各20只游泳至力竭后,1h、24h采集标本。结果EG与CG相比脑组织DNA水平差异均有显著性,EG脑组织结构正常,结构核清晰,无变性;CG脑组织结构紊乱。结论无防护的训练大鼠脑组织DNA水平较高,且有病理损害,揭示过度训练、改变运动集训环境或进入高海拔地区作业训练,需要特别注重加强劳动和训练防护。
Objective: To study cerebral tissue lesion of Wistar rafs rushing entry into plateau and the protection of Anti-Fatigue Ⅰ(抗疲Ⅰ号), the Chinese herbs. Methods: At the altitude of 1520 meters, one experimental group(EG) of 40 rats were fed with a mixed feed Anti - Fatigue Ⅰ, while rats in the control group (CG) were fed with the routine feed. After beth groups were trained to swim for 4 weeks, 30 rats in each group were chosen to make rush entry into the altitude of 3850 meters within 3 hours. Then they were allowed to rest for 1.5 hours, and then 10 from 30 rats in each group were chosen as the rest group for comparison, and when 20 rats in each group were forced to swim until exhaustion, they were sampled 1, 24 hours later. Results: Comparison the indexes of rats between EG and GG, there showed a significant difference in level of DNA in cerebral tissue. Cerebral tissue of rats in EG appeared normal instructure and clear structural core without change in its nature, while disorder appears in cerebral tissue structure of rats in CG. Conclusion: The level of DNA in cerebral tissue of training rats without protection is higher. It is concluded that much more attention should be paid to the protective laboring and training when intensive training or intensive laboring are performed or undertaken, especially in the sudden changed environment or at altitudes.
