摘要
提出了货存供方的联合库存管理策略的实现形式,研究了基于订单制生产的货存供方的联合库存管理策略运行机制,从企业合作层面和业务运作层面分析了其实现流程,从企业基础层面和供需双方的具体运作层面揭示了其实现条件,并对其应用效果进行了实证评估,得出了这种策略在多行业不同类型企业具有适用性和有效性的结论。
The mechanism of stock-of-demander-in supplier JMI strategy is put forward. Its operation process is analyzed from the co,operation and operation layers of enterprises. Its realization condition is rvealed from the enterprise＇s basic layer and specific operation layer of both parts including demander and anpplier. Its application effect is empirically evaluated.
