摘要 给出了紧密堆积理论的定义,详细分析了其微观机理,包括范德华力效应、结晶矿物学增强效应、充填增强效应、流变学改善(增塑)效应、温峰削减效应等。介绍了活性矿物的主要分类,认为无定形化的程度、化学组成、水淬条件及活性矿物掺科的细度是影响活性矿物活性的主要因素。给出了刚性体和脆性体的紧密堆积模型设计,并在实验室和现场施工中进行了试验,以指导不同情况下的水泥浆设计,寻求最佳的颗粒分布和合理的组配方法。紧密堆积理论的进一步研究对开发适用于深水开发、低压低渗区块开发的固井水泥添加剂具有重要意义。 This paper presents the definition of close packing theory, analyzes in detail its microscopic mechanisms, including Van der Waals effects, enhancement of crystallography-mineralogy, packing enhancement, theology improvement effects, peak temperature decreasing effects, etc. This paper introduces the main classification of active minerals, and suggests that the major factors affecting mineral activity are degree of amorphous derivative, chemical components, water quenching condition, and the fineness of mineral additive, etc. Close packing models for rigid and crisp objects are presented. The lab tests and field application have been tested to guide cement slurry design in different conditions and to search for the optimum particle distribution and reasonable mixing methods. It is very important to further investigate the close packing theory to develop cement additives for drillings in deep water and low permeability blocks.
