摘要
合理的固井设计是保证固井质量的关键,通过对设计方案的模拟分析,可以确定固井施工过程中的环空动态压力、泵压和流量的变化情况,了解顶替过程中各浆体通过关注层位的流态和接触时间等重要参数,及时发现设计中可能存在的问题,并对设计进行优化和完善。在优化设计的基础上,通过固井实时检测系统,可以监控固井的注替过程,对可能发生的复杂情况进行监测和提示,以保证固井质量和施工作业的安全。在理论分析的基础上,结合UPC-CDM固井优化设计和监测系统,对固井优化设计方法和实时监测系统的结构进行了介绍。
Reasonable cementing design plays an important role in cementing quality control. Through analyzing the design, annular dynamic pressure, pump idressure, and flow rates during cementing process can be determined; the important parameters such as flow type and contact time, etc. can be estimated; the potential problems can be identified on time and the design can be optimized and improved. Based on the optimized design, through real-time monitoring system, the cementing process can be monitored. The complicated situations possibly happened can be monitored and alarmed to assure the cementing quality and implementation safety. The method of cementing optimization design and ministering system are introduced based on theoretical analysis and UPC and CDM cementing optimization design and ministering system.
