摘要
传动轴是螺杆钻具中的关键零部件,也是易失效件之一。针对传动轴常见失效特征,结合常用工况,进行了力学分析和有限元计算。通过大量的数值计算,完成了扭矩、轴向力、侧向载荷、几何边界等相关因素对传动轴力学特性影响的定量评价,可以较好地指导传动轴总成的设计与使用。
Driving shaft is a key component of positive displacement motors and a vulnerable part. Considering the common failure features of driving shaft and common working condition, the mechanics analysis and finite element calculation were conducted. Through a lot of numerical calculation, the effects of torque, axial force, lateral load, and geometry boundaries etc, on the dynamic behavior of driving shaft were quantitatively evaluated. The results can guide the design and application of driving shaft.
