摘要 介绍了适合在近水地层和中高含水地层进行增产措施改造的相渗透率改进剂FA-RPM的作用机理,该改进剂可有效控制水的产出,具有地面粘度低、操作简单、反应条件易控制等特点,与常规胍胶压裂液体系配伍性好,耐盐耐冲刷。室内研究表明,该改进剂进入地层后吸附在岩石表面,反应聚合形成刷状结构的聚合物,可大幅降低水相渗透率;但对油相渗透率改变很小,具有选择性改变相渗透率的特性;热稳定性和盐稳定性良好;随含水饱和度增加,水相渗透率大幅降低(达90%),油相渗透率改变较小,控水增油效果显著。 This paper introduces the mechanism of FA-RPM, a phase permeability improver. It is used to improve the production in formation near to aquifer and formation with high water percentage. The water can be effectively control by this improver, which has the property of low viscosity, easy use, and easily controlled reaction condition, good compatibility with conventional guanidine gel, anti salt, flushing resistant. Lab study suggests that this improver adheres to rock surface and reacts into brush-shaped polymer after entering into formation. The water relative permeability can be reduced significantly and the oil relative permeability is affected slightly. The polymer, with characteristics of good thermal and salt stability, can selectively change the relative permeability. When the water percentage is increased, the water relative permeability can be reduced up to 90 % and oil relative permeability is changed slightly so that the oil production is increasing obviously.
