摘要
本文主要基于月度数据使用滤波分析方法分析省际CPI的同步性。指出:大部分省CPI与全国基本平行运行,而且随着全国市场一体化程度的不断提高,同步性会进一步增强,产生差异的将是CPI的波动幅度和个别省运行上的领先或者滞后。因此,我国宏观调控必须坚持全国一盘棋,有效调控总量。同时,在尊重市场规律的前提下,在科学的范围内谨慎探索“突出重点,有保有压,区别对待”的实践。
The paper analyzes the synchronization of CPI changes based on monthly CPI data with wavelet filtering approach.It points out that CPIs in most provinces evolve in a parallel manner with the nationwide CPI.The enhancement of market integration will strengthen this synchronization followed by leading or lagging of CPI fluctuation band and CPI movement of some particular provinces.Accordingly the implementation of macroeconomic policy must insist on 'one size fits all' to ensure effective aggregate management.Meanwhile,under the prerequisite of following market rules,a macroeconomic approach of differentiate credit support to various industries while protecting key sectors should be prudently explored.
